Consulting services can be provided on site or off site or in a combination that best suits each client's needs.  Some clients select our services to supplement an internal department or to mentor less experienced staff, while others choose to have us completely assume that role.

  • Our services can be diagnostic, transactional, tactical or strategic.
  • Fee arrangements can be hourly, retainer based, or per project (flat fee).
  • Projects and Deliverables (reports, one on one debriefs, presentations, etc.).

Michael Lewis -  President

Michael Lewis has extensive experience in all facets of Human Resources with a strong emphasis in the areas of talent acquisition, which includes retained executive search, development of recruitment plans and management and interview training.

Mr. Lewis had worked in a variety of industries. His practice had a strong emphasis on companies supporting the Federal Government specifically the Department of Defense and the Intelligence communities. In addition he has assisted non-defense related high technology, financial, and nonprofit organizations identify and hire professionals in all levels of management and individual contributor positions.

Mr. Lewis has dedicated a large part of his career to assisting start-up and small business organizations on employee retention issues and assisting them acquire talent in highly competitive labor markets.

LCG analyzes a business's precise needs and focuses on fixing specific critical issues. Our HR practice specializes in turn-around situations establishing or reestablishing HR as a valuable service provider within client organizations.
We also emphasize leadership which we define as “the art of motivating others to deliberately create a result that wouldn’t have happened otherwise.”

   

Adrienne Lewis - Managing Partner

Ms. Lewis has held senior management positions at companies in the commercial, government contracting and not-for-profit business sectors.  She has a diverse background which includes strategic human resource management, educational and training program design, change management and communicating complex, legal, and technical information to diverse constituencies.  Her expertise is in business operations, establishing corporate policies and procedures as well as implementing short and long range organizational objectives and partnering with senior management teams on corporate planning and policy decisions.

She is known for her "hands-on" approach to problem solving.

  

  • The Human Resources Division provides services: assessment, compliance, process improvement, talent management, change management, organizational effectiveness and human resources outsourcing.

  • The Advisory Division provides senior level guidance and mentoring in business development, proposal writing, program and project management, certification and business process re-engineering.

Geoffrey Thomas – Partner Advisory Division

Mr. Thomas has held Executive and Senior Management positions with the Federal Government, government contractors and the United Nations. His experience includes program, proposal and capture management, business process re-engineering and business development in Defense, Intelligence, Justice and State Departments.

He is providing Chief Technology Officer guidance to a firm engaged in assessing and guiding corporations migration to the Cloud, including selection of Providers.
